Job Summary
TJC Transport is seeking an experienced Grab & Tipper Operator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialised grab and tipper machinery to efficiently clear construction sites of waste and debris. Your expertise will ensure our projects run smoothly and safely, supporting our commitment to delivering reliable transport and waste management solutions.
Responsibilities:

Operate grab and tipper machinery to clear construction sites of debris and residual materials.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Collaborate closely with site managers and team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to guarantee optimal performance.

Report any incidents, malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly to management.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience
-
HGV Class 2
-
Over 25
-
Valid driving licence and relevant certifications for operating heavy machinery.

Proven experience in operating grabs, tippers, or similar equipment in a construction or waste management setting.

Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality of work.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
